From its humble beginnings so many years ago, this album has since been digitally re-recorded and mastered for compact disc! Midsummer contains all-new performances of the original 10 songs, with the addition of two brand new songs, and two that were hard to find, or only on cassette. With the addition of Rob Wullenjohn on bass, Brett Barnett on keyboards, and the Wicked Tinkers— a bagpipe and drums trio (who make the March of Cambreadth sound like you’ve never heard it before!), this visit to the Heatherlands sets the stage for songs where Puck plays his pranks and Beauty braves the Beast. |
